Please be aware that our stock of boxed firewood may vary and may not always be available.

 Delivery is to curbside, or better if possible, (via third-party transport companies)

We aim to provide a quote within approximately 5 working days of receiving your request.

Delivery times vary and while we aim to have delivery to you within 7 working days from payment it may take up to 14 working days from payment.

Your order will be shipped promptly after payment is received.

All of our boxes are a 32 Litre Cardboard box with cut out handles,  we do recommend lifting from the bottom and only lifting one box at a time. 

Boxes can only be sent in pallets of 40 boxes. 

Delivery to Business addresses usually have less freight costs involved. There will be No Hand unloading on the part of freight companies. if you have queries about freight please ask us which company we will be sending it with and then you can call the company directly for further clarification.
