How long after I've made Payment of my order, will it be delivered?
At OhaakiHeat we pride ourselves on prompt delivery we aim for orders to be delivered 1-5 working days once payment has been received in winter.
Can I order throughout the winter? You won't run out?
We constantly Split and Kiln Dry our Firewood here on site, we produce and pack more firewood every day so you can order a little or a lot and know that you can always order more and have it delivered.
How many Bags are in a thrown m3?
It is hard to say exactly as the wood inside the bags is stacked not thrown but 36 bags is roughly equal to 3m3.
What about Rural deliveries?
Deliveries that are outside of our urban zones or that are classed as Rural on the PBT rural finder may incurr an aditional delivery charge.
How can you guarantee the wood is dry?
Every piece of wood spends between 2-3 days inside our modified timber drying kilns until the moisture readings reach an average of less than 10% which then ensures that every peice of wood delivered to our customers will light easily, and burn HOT and clean.
