Sustainably sourced pulp logs

• We source a mixture of Radiata pulp-grade logs from sustainable local forests.

Split

• The logs are then cut to an average length of 300mm before being traditionally split into firewood

​

Kiln-dried

• The split pieces are then kiln Dried in  large Bins which allow for maximum airflow within the kilns which results in consistent end moisture content of an average of 8%

​

Processed

• The bins of now dry firewood are then processed either into our boxes of firewood (and sent to homes, stores, dairy’s, and garages throughout the north island) or run through a cleaning and screening process ready for bulk sales.
